What follows are our terms and conditions:
- Checkout Time is NOON.
- Quiet Hours are 9pm to 7am
- 5 MPH Speed Limit,
- All charges are payable in advance. NO REFUNDS.
- Pets with well behaved owners are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash. No Pets to be left unattended. Please pick up after your pet immediately.
- No Driving or parking on the grass.
- Park in designated areas only. One vehicle per site.
- All additional vehicles are subject to Management’s approval.
- Car Washing at Site $2.00 per wash
- Rig Washing at Site $5.00 per wash
- Please put trash in dumpsters.
- Tenant agrees not to damage the property. Tenant is required to keep their site neat and clean at all times. No propane or gas cans to be stored around the site or under the RV’s.
- Tenant may be summarily evicted without notice, for any violation of these rules and any conduct which is deemed a nuisance to the park or other tenants.
- In the event of eviction, tenant agrees to pay all reasonable costs and court fees.
- NO SMOKING in any of the buildings.
- No pets in recreation room and office at any time.
ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A $15.00 CHARGE IF THEY MOVE THEIR ARRIVAL DATES MORE THAN ONCE. |
